Overview of Parent Center Services

Central FL Parent Center is the Parent Training & Information Center (PTI) for central and northeast Florida.

PTIs or Parent Centers are funded through the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Parent Centers serve families of all ages (birth to 26) and all disabilities completely free of charge. In addition, Parent Centers are staffed by parents and other family-members of children and adults with disabilities.
